Construction of a new home in Balhannah featuring an expansive 1,200m² floor plate and a 450m² basement. The project included a highly complex and technical services package incorporating water filtration, bushfire protection, underfloor heating and electrical automation.
Key construction elements included a 65-metre-long cantilevered rammed earth wall, imported low-profile glazing systems sourced directly from a European fabricator, a fully integrated 12-seat cinema, and a temperature-controlled wine cellar housing over 3,000 bottles.
