Construction of a new bar and restaurant spanning two former tenancies, including a fully equipped commercial kitchen, bar, dining spaces and amenities.

The works involved replacement of the existing façade glazing to suit the new tenancy design, along with the integration of a comprehensive acoustic package to manage internal and external sound. Architecture and interior design by Studio Gram.
