Construction of a new two-storey residence with integrated pool, designed to accommodate two adult children on the lower level, with parents’ living spaces and entertaining areas upstairs.
The project required detailed construction coordination, including the pool’s connection to the house, large expanses of glazing that necessitated technical crane lifts, and the integration of a central lift to allow for future accessibility. Architecture by Proske Architects.
