A renovation of an existing Hyde Park residence involving the removal of the internal kitchen, living and dining areas, rear glazing and laundry. The project delivered a new open-plan living zone, rear glazing, laundry, upgraded services and structural works.
Careful consideration was required throughout to work within the constraints of the existing heritage structure. Architecture and interior design by Fabrikate.
